Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the P3 Programming athlete app and coach console handle personal information. It applies to athletes using the mobile app and coaches using the web console.

Who we are

P3 Programming is a training tool. Coaches write programs and routines; athletes log workouts and view assigned work. Support contact details are on the support page.

Information we collect

Depending on your role, we may store:

• Account details: name, email address, and password (handled by our authentication provider)
• Athlete profile: sport, position, date of birth, gender, height, weight, facility, and training targets
• Training data: programs, routines, session notes, and logged sets (including weights, reps, and optional velocity)
• Assessment results that a coach or testing system has associated with your profile
• Invite codes used to create an athlete account

The mobile app may also keep a short-lived copy of programs and workout logs on the device so you can train offline. That cache is tied to the signed-in athlete and is cleared when you sign out.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Create and sign you into your account
• Show athletes the programs and routines their coach assigned
• Save workout logs and show them on the calendar
• Let coaches manage their roster and write training
• Match assessment results to the correct athlete
• Provide support when you contact us

We do not sell personal information.

Who can see it

Coaches can see the athletes on their roster, including profile details and training logs needed to coach. Athletes can only see their own account, programs, and logs. Service providers that host the app (database, authentication, and servers) process data on our behalf to run the product.

Account deletion

Athletes can delete their account from the Profile tab in the mobile app. That removes the athlete profile, assigned programs, and workout history associated with the account. You can also request deletion from the support page.

Children

The app is intended for athletes working with a coach. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
